Fact: The less junk you eat, the less you will crave it. Fact: If you eat crap, you will feel like crap. Fact: Treat your body better and it will last longer.

Another thing to point out is that when you start eating clean and stop eating crap, your taste buds change and adapt to the healthy foods. In the beginning you may not like the taste of clean food but eventually you will! I know my taste buds have changed as most junk food is way to rich/sweet/salty/greasy for me now! It almost makes me nauseous now if I eat it, which is a huge change!
